About the videoclips -- (The Rev. Dr.) Rayner W. Hesse, Jr. is pastor of St. John Episcopal Church (until his retirement in 2013), which is located at 11 Wilmot Road, New Rochelle, NY 10804, a rising town in Westchester County, north of New York City. Dr. Hesse is affectionately called "Rusty." He delivers "dialogue" sermons as part of service that is once each Sunday at 9:30am until 11am. The compelling services also feature an eclectic mix of songs and hymns, sung by the choir and led by the musical director, Eric Jennings, along with organist Oscar Young. 

There are 2 groups of videoclips on this page - (1) Interview of Rusty Hesse by Dr. Ray Peckauskas on the evening of 3/18/08 in St. Francis Cottage next to the church.  This is the fourth of four interviews of several parishioners were conducted in St. Francis Cottage (2) a sample videoclip of a dialogue sermon, part of the service on 3/__/-6.

Overview:
Empire State Pride Agenda (a non-profit organization in New York advocating several issues on behalf of the LGBT community) gives a select number of annual awards to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution in various areas. There was one "Pride in the Pulpit Award" given at the awards ceremony at 1/9/2008 at Vlada Lounge (located at 331 West 51st Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues in NYC 10019) and the honor was bestowed on Chris DiGiorgio. Below are 2 videoclips. Videoclip #1 is of Jacob Lieberman, introducing Chris and explaining why Chris was chosen. Videoclip #2 is of Chris DiGiorgio accepting the award and talking about some of his passionate concerns, ideas and goals.
